WOOM LYON is a huge new loft on the market, right in the center of Lyon!

Formerly a garage in the 90s, the space has been refurbished as an industrial loft with functional designer furniture, and several well-decorated rooms are available to accommodate groups, meetings and seminars, workshops, training courses, product presentations and productions of all kinds, film shoots and photo shoots.

The first floor features a huge, comfortable lounge with independent sofas and armchairs, a winter garden lit and enhanced by a large glass roof, and an ultra-modern kitchen designed to host chefs and all kinds of culinary teambuilding activities. In the living room, a glass floor reveals a souplex cellar! A real playground, this Playground lets anyone escape for a moment of relaxation over a drink, a game of billiards or table soccer, or simply to enjoy the calm of this comfort zone. If need be, it's an additional flexible workspace that can accommodate 40 people for a conference or 2 groups of 10.

This atypical loft in Lyon's 6th arrondissement also offers the possibility of creating other group spaces on the ground floor! 3 sub-commission rooms are available; warm and well-equipped, each can accommodate a dozen collaborators. You'll find a Jules Verne lounge with its large library and hanging net, for a creative experience. This lets anyone create and express themselves in a calm atmosphere, adaptable as a meeting room with a large touch-sensitive wall screen. Alternatively, you can meet in the Garage, a raw space recreated in memory of the place's former function. This ultra-bright, glass-roofed room is also equipped with a large touch screen and FlipBoard (electronic flipchart), and can accommodate up to 10 people, or more if you open the central glass roof. Finally, on the mezzanine floor, we've recreated a small, low-slung lounge in a warmer decor. This travel atmosphere is ideal for workshops, as you can follow a presentation using the modular table and wall-mounted screen.
