The Salon événementiel called "Mia Stanza", {in reference to the history of the Tour Rose}, as well as its exteriors, are the new living space for companies. The original working environment can accommodate meetings of up to 14 seated people, while the terrace and secret gardens of Vieux-Lyon can be privatized for events of up to 50 people. It's in an environment that exists nowhere else, that we can offer you a new experience.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
