Bright apartment near Part Dieu

Welcome to our home,

Our apartment is located just a stone's throw from Gare Part Dieu station, transport links and shops, in a building dating from the 60s. Very bright, it has air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.

Designed by an architect, the apartment was renovated to follow the curve of the sun. On the night side, we're in the east, so the tones are cold and wake up in the morning with the first rays of the sun. On the day side, we're facing west, with warm, welcoming tones and the end-of-day sun flooding the room with light. The parquet floor links these different spaces together.

On the night side, you'll find an office, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the day side are the kitchen, living room and toilet.

The living room is designed in three stages:

• The fully-equipped kitchen, with island, hob and Thermomix, for breakfast and aperitifs while meals are being prepared.
• The dining table, where you can take your time and dine with friends on the sofa.
• The living room, to continue the evening or watch a film on the video projector. The apartment is equipped with good speakers (with Bluetooth connection) and a projection screen. In the cupboards you'll find a selection of teas (including those from the Au fond du Jardin store in Strasbourg) and generally everything you need for cooking.

Finally, the walls are adorned with works of art by the likes of Robin Obitz, Simon Buret and Elka Leonard, as well as sculptures. The library features books on art and architecture. Lamps are by Miguel Milà, Marine Breynaert, Le Corbusier, Panton and DCW Editions. The coffee table is modular and the colors can't be adjusted.

In this apartment, we can imagine a film about the life of a young couple in love with the arts, a warm and professional dinner or a screening for a small group.
