It's a cabin on the roof of a building located 7 minutes' walk from the Part Dieu train station. On the second floor of a 150 m2 duplex apartment, I propose a living area comprising a dining room and/or meeting room, a lounge, and a fitted kitchen with a large bar. The space proposed is a large volume, with a cathedral ceiling 6 m high at the ridge, very, very bright, but with the possibility, thanks to the BSO and blinds of the skylights, of also being light-tight.
