This is the new daylight studio, where professionalism, discretion, creativity and art of living go hand in hand. Completely renovated, the glass-roofed set offers 150 m² of floor space. The studio is available for events, fashion shows or pop-up showrooms.

From daylight studio to immaculate cyclo, the studio can be transformed into a "dark room": equipped with fully opaque electric blinds. Modular and open-plan, the space can be equipped and fitted out as required. The studio is reserved for you, for a unique experience.

_ EQUIPMENT

Comfort is a must! A kitchen has been fitted out with a bar to encourage conviviality. From ventilation to hairdryers, the equipment is by Dyson, chosen for their combination of high technology and design. The Bang & Olufsen speakers add an extraordinary sound experience, so you can be at the heart of the music throughout the space. The combination of high technology and design is at the service of creativity, and all the conditions are in place for an exceptional experience.

At your disposal: 4 make-up stations and a hairdressing unit by French brand Cindarella, for their combination of high technology and design.

OCCHIO, Germany's market leader in quality lighting and design, has chosen the Studio to set up shop in France for the first time. Their system of luminaires, complete spotlights and multifunctional fixtures provides perfect lighting. The combination of design and quality lighting brings harmony and enhances the building.

_ OTHER AREAS

A large apartment of more than 120 m² on the 2nd floor (with elevator) offers a second space that can be used for shooting in a natural setting or as an extension of the Studio on the ground floor.

A unique decor, at once warm and sophisticated yet pure, allowing the space to be customized for different needs. Playing with shades of color and noble materials, the very Parisian setting offers a view of the brick rooftops so typical of the Montmartre district and a warm atmosphere.
