Salle Bellecour

The Bellecour meeting room is luminous and equipped with all the features you need to hold a meeting. With its exposed beams, light-filled windows and central location, it's the ideal meeting room.

With a total surface area of 70 m2, it can accommodate from 1 to 30 people seated, and up to 50 people for cocktails. The space is modular and can be arranged in a U-shape, a theater, a square or a cocktail area, depending on your needs. It has its own adjoining kitchen and men's and women's washroom facilities.

Technical equipment includes a screen for projecting via HDMi cable or a dongle with the Click Share or BARCO system, and writing paper.

So that you can work in a setting where all the resources are at your disposal, our team is on hand to take care of everything else. Concentrate solely on your meeting. To ensure that your event is a success, we can also provide you with additional services such as :

• Organizing and setting up breaks. Breakfasts, snacks, cocktails, meal trays and gourmet breaks.

• Various secretarial tasks: typing meeting minutes, printing, photocopying, faxing, binding...
