Cette salle peut être installée selon vos besoins (en U, plénière...). Elle dispose d'un écran digital avec câble HDMI, d'un accès WIFI, d'un
paper board, de tables à roulettes, de chaises, d'une machine à café, d'une bouilloire et d'un frigidaire. L'installation d'une sono et d'un
micro est également possible. Un accueil cafés, thés et jus est compris dans le tarif de location.

Notre espace est situé rue Jacqueline et Roland de Pury, dans le deuxième arrondissement de Lyon, au sein de la zone en plein développement qu’est Confluence. Il propose deux services différents installés au coeur d'un bâtiment éco-responsable :
- 5 salles de réunion de diverses tailles et 4 boxes à louer,
- un espace de coworking offrant des postes de travail.
Nos salles de réunions et nos boxes sont à votre disposition pour tous vos événements professionnels : formations, réunions, séminaires, conférences, workshop, etc. Elles sont disponibles à la location et vous pouvez choisir d'ajouter ou non diverses prestations de services selon vos besoins.
Nous proposons notamment des formules petits-déjeuners, déjeuners ou cocktails.


This room can be set up according to your needs (U-shaped, plenary...). It is equipped with a digital screen with HDMI cable, WIFI access, a flipchart
paper board, tables on castors, chairs, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The installation of a sound system and a
microphone. Coffee, tea and juice are included in the rental price.

Our space is located on rue Jacqueline et Roland de Pury, in Lyon's second arrondissement, in the fast-growing Confluence district. It offers two different services in the heart of an eco-responsible building:
- 5 meeting rooms of various sizes and 4 cubicles for rent,
- a coworking space with workstations.
Our meeting rooms and booths are available for all your professional events: training courses, meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. They are available for hire, and you can choose whether or not to add various services to suit your needs.
In particular, we offer breakfast, lunch and cocktail packages.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
