Splendid Eiffel Loft under glass roof

Ancienne usine Schneider réhabilitée au coeur du petit Ivry. A 800 mètres de Paris, 250 mètres du métro M7 (Pierre et Marie Curie) 10 min du metro M14 BNF. 
L’usine a été réhabilitée en résidence composée de plusieurs lofts. Le loft est situé au rez-de-chaussée sans vis-à-vis. L’espace principal est composé d’un grand salon, cuisine et bureau de 70m2 avec plus de 15 mètres de vitres d’atelier donnant soit sur le jardin de 55m2 soit sur les parties communes de la résidence. Des plantes et arbres sont disposées devant les baies vitrées afin d’empêcher tous vis à vis.

L’accès dans la résidence se fait par digicode. Une place de parking est disponible en supplément.


Rehabilitated former Schneider factory in the heart of Petit Ivry. 800 m from Paris, 250 m from metro M7 (Pierre et Marie Curie) 10 min from metro M14 BNF.
The factory has been converted into a residence comprising several lofts. The loft is located on the first floor, not overlooked. The main space comprises a large 70m2 living room, kitchen and office, with over 15 meters of studio glass overlooking either the 55m2 garden or the common areas of the residence. Plants and trees are placed in front of the bay windows to prevent overlooking.

Access to the residence is via digicode. A parking space is available at an additional cost.
