A house in the center of town, tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet and unoverlooked. Organized in a "U" shape around a courtyard planted with a tree and two palm trees, and a terrace lined with bamboo, it feels like a vacation home!

The main house comprises :

• ground floor: entrance hall, large modern kitchen with central island, open-plan dining room. The floor is in porcelain stoneware.
• 1st floor: two master suites. Converted into teenage bedrooms, one has an independent closed bathroom (double shower + two sinks back to back), the other a partly open bathroom (double sinks visible) separated by an industrial-style glass roof (the shower and toilet are hidden by a door). The contemporary decor is warm and sober, with porcelain stoneware tiles in the kitchen and dining room, light gray waxed concrete in the hallway, living room, staircase and study, and parquet flooring in the bedrooms. The house also features a vaulted cellar accessed from the hallway.
