L'intérieur du bateau est en acajou, la longueur est de 22 mètres avec un poids de 55 tonnes. Elle est navigable et possède un certificat communautaire.
Les propriétaires du restaurant sont des gens adorables avec possibilité de vous restaurer sur place et de profiter du terrain tout le long du canal de la Somme.
L’environnement est en pleine nature, le lieu est superbe.

Fully reconditioned barge built in 1959 on the banks of the Somme in the heart of the hortillonnages, moored opposite the LE PRE PORUS restaurant and able to accommodate up to 300 people in a setting of almost one hectare.
The boat's interior is made of mahogany, it is 22 meters long and weighs 55 tons. It is navigable and has a community certificate.
The owners of the restaurant are lovely people, with the possibility of eating on site and enjoying the grounds all along the Somme Canal.
The environment is in the middle of nature, and the location is superb.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
