The house is an old rehabilitated boiler works housing our living quarters and creative studio. Our team works in a workshop independent of the rented space. The owner will be on site.
The 120 m2 living area opens onto a 400 m2 rose garden, south-facing and not overlooked. Located on the outskirts of Paris, this place is a real bubble of peace bathed in light and greenery.
The first floor features a vast entrance hall, vestibule, living room and open kitchen with island.
The parents' bedroom and upstairs bathroom with adjoining bath can be made available on request.
For meetings, the venue is equipped to accommodate 20 seated guests. Tables and chairs can be hired for more than 20 people, at a cost on request.

- Price applied to MEETING : Between 1 and 20 people
- Price applied to EVENT : from 10 to 25 people

Lunch possible in the garden in fine weather, with optional barbecue, plancha... on request and estimate.
For rentals exceeding the agreed hours (8am-6pm), we ask for an evening surcharge on quotation. For weekends, we apply an additional surcharge of 30% per day, depending on demand.
Our space is also available for sit-down dinners for up to 16 people. Evenings and cocktail parties for up to 30 people. Please contact us for times and rates.
All our services are fully flexible, and we are happy to consider tailor-made solutions.
In this unique Montreuil location, we welcome production companies for shooting or filming, and companies looking for a comfortable, characterful venue for workshops, events, seminars and dinners.
The house is accessible by metro (line 9 Mairie de Montreuil + 7mn walk).
We provide 2 free parking spaces in the courtyard for 2 light vehicles or 1 truck of up to 20m3.
