C'est un grand bar avec une terrasse chauffée fumeur, trois plateaux différents : salon (rétro futuriste)- bar  (cabine DJ)- terrasse couverte chauffée fumeur ( très appréciée de nos clients). Nous pouvons vous proposer des services adaptés à vos demandes : ambiance musicale - groupes de musique Jazz ou autres - service traiteur ou petite restauration - Bières à la pression, vins, cocktails maison. 

The space is located in the historic district of Vieux Lille, yet very close to the city's main roads and motorways, with parking spaces available. The place is vintage-oriented design.  It's a large bar with a heated smoking terrace, and three different areas: lounge (retro-futuristic) - bar (DJ booth) - heated covered smoking terrace (much appreciated by our customers). We can offer a range of services to suit your requirements: musical ambience - jazz or other bands - catering or snacks - draught beers, wines, house cocktails.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
