Il s'agit de notre habitation principale ainsi vous pourrez y retrouver notre âme. Nous avons 100% refait l'appartement en 2019.

Le lieu possède un canapé dans le salon. Un hamac, une cuisine équipée avec îlot, une table pouvait accueillir jusqu'à 10/12 convives en version ouverte. Un vidéo-projecteur est mis à disposition avec possibilité de caster ou brancher un câble hdmi. Un tableau noir est également proposé avec des craies.

A l'étage dans la mezzanine un second canapé, un bureau avec un écran si nécessaire, un hamac type catamaran.
La salle de bain avec baignoire reste accessible.

Seule notre chambre est fermée.

It's our main home so you'll be able to find our soul here. We have 100% redone the apartment in 2019.

The place has a sofa in the living room. A hammock, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a table that can accommodate up to 10/12 guests in open version. A video projector is available, with the option of caster or hdmi cable connection. A blackboard with chalk is also available.

Upstairs in the mezzanine, a second sofa, a desk with screen if required, and a catamaran-style hammock.
The bathroom with bathtub remains accessible.

Only our bedroom is locked.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
