The house offers an ultra-hospitable, light-filled space with a breathtaking view of the Var valley and the sea. This is a recent house with a semi-contemporary and classic style. The living room features a modern American kitchen in matte black tones with a large gray marble island, a large table seating 8 and a sitting area with 2 comfortable sofas, 1 armchair and a bow window making it an ideal discussion space. The living room opens onto two large terraces with the same breathtaking view: one where we can place 2 black table-top tables and which has a brazier, and the other which has a table for 5 people and a spa. We also provide 3 other rooms: a small office for seclusion, printing or storing equipment, a bathroom and a toilet. If required, we can also provide an extra room for dressing and wardrobe. Our sky-high location, our warm, bilingual welcome and our in-house catering facilities make it the perfect place for your next shoot, corporate event or offbeat, friendly get-together.
