Mon appartement dispose d'une grande terrasse de 30 m2 (avec prise électrique) très calme et claire en plein centre ville. il y a 3 espaces de travail : une table de 6 personnes, un salon de jardin de 3 personnes avec table basse, et 2 transats avec une petite table d'appoint. 
S'il pleut, je mets à disposition la salle à manger avec une table de 8 personnes ainsi que le salon pour les 3 autres personnes.

My apartment has a large 30 m2 terrace (with electric hook-up), very quiet and bright, right in the center of town. There are 3 work areas: a table for 6 people, garden furniture for 3 people with a coffee table, and 2 deckchairs with a small side table.
If it rains, the dining room with a table for 8 is available, as is the living room for the other 3 people.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
