Nice's first concept store, we bring together 450 m² of boutique space, a business center with designer and functional living spaces, a restaurant - connected beer bar & a superbly located, beautifully refurbished hotel.

We rent 8 spaces by the hour, half-day, day or long term: meeting/training rooms, offices and modular spaces.
