The location is 10 minutes by car from the seaside town of Cagnes sur mer, 20 minutes from Nice airport, and 35 minutes from Cannes. This geographical position makes it an ideal base for travelling along the Côte d'Azur.
The house features pergolas and a Mediterranean landscaped garden of stone terraces. The swimming pool is modern yet respects the neo-rustic charm of the setting. The house is divided into 3 levels: Ground floor: Cloakroom, living room, TV, video games, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining table for 4. Terrace with covered pergolas, relaxation area, plancha, table for 6-8. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with shower room and balcony, bathroom. N-1: 30m2 studio overlooking pool and garden. Shower room, fully equipped kitchen and table for 6.
