South-facing loft/ terrace/ photo studio/ film location
Superb south-facing loft with large bay windows and 6 velux windows that let the light in. It's also possible to be in complete darkness, thanks to the curtains and shutters. 4 m high ceilings It has a dozen color backgrounds: orange, sky blue, pastel blue, white, pink, red, gray, mustard, green, etc. On-site wi-fi, air-conditioning, 77-inch Oled TV, wood-burning stove, kitchen with sound system, storage, 2 toilets, private terrace, jacuzzi, not overlooked.
Reminder:
When renting the loft for production, you do not have access to the first floor except on request and with additional payment. Use it only to unroll photo backgrounds.
Some of the furniture can be moved. Don't hesitate to ask me before doing anything, especially concerning green plants ( fragile ).
