Loft / Former cheese dairy

Our loft is a place of art and culture that we make available during exhibitions for dinners or meetings in an atypical art gallery setting. It is also possible to rent the loft outside exhibitions for film shoots in July and August.

Located next to the Puces de Saint-Ouen, in the Garibaldi district, it offers a very quiet environment, with a courtyard on one side and a garden on the other. The main room is bathed in natural light thanks to a large glass roof. The space used to be a cheese factory, and has retained the cachet of a former factory converted into a living space, with cobblestone floors and exposed brickwork. The plus? A beautiful setting amidst the works of art for your meetings or dinners with your customers.

The 120m2 house features a large, light-filled main room and open-plan kitchen with zellige ceramics, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, as well as two other rooms. We also have a 50m2 utility room in the basement, which we can make available to you for an additional charge. You have access to the garden (40m2) and the front part of the courtyard.

Please note that for dinners, the Maison Sœurs chef can propose a made-to-measure menu (separate estimate).

2min walk from Metro Garibaldi (line 13) or 10 minutes from Mairie de Saint-Ouen or Saint Ouen (line 14). Close to several bars, restaurants and shops (Monoprix, Naturalia, Lidl, Social Club Bar, Jean Jean, La Bonne Aventure).
