Situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to parking, this 270m² house with its contemporary decor is ideal for shootings, productions and receptions.
As soon as you enter the house, you'll be drawn in by the natural light that fills the space (you can follow the sun from sunrise to sunset) and offers a view of the garden, the forest and several Parisian buildings (Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur, Stade de France etc....). All rooms overlook the natural surroundings.
Next, you'll find a fully-equipped open kitchen with a large central island. The south-facing 70m² living area features a large original fireplace. The first 120m² stone terrace, with its garlands and 3 century-old plane trees, is an extension of this space.
On the same level, you'll also find an office (9m²), a baby room (12m²) and a master suite with private bathroom (approx. 30m²).
Upstairs, a second living room with home cinema and library (36m²), three bedrooms (22/22/12m²) and a shower room. The second 110m² wooden terrace is located on this level.
The house also features a 90m² games room with original decor and sofas, bathed in light and fully equipped (exposed beams).
Outside, a 1600m² landscaped park spreads over several levels. It features 2 ponds, one a small swimming pool (with sun lounger), the other a fish pond with water lilies. A dining area with a BBQ for several dozen guests and 2 garden rooms will welcome you for refreshments.

A place suspended in time. Cyril and Flore's home is the perfect place for a change of scenery. Charm, greenery and breathtaking views are all there for the taking. The hosts are unfailingly kind and helpful. Many thanks for your warm welcome.
