Would you like to organize a photo shoot, film shoot, event or brainstorming session close to Paris (10 mn from La Défense by tramway, or access via the Garenne Colombes train station, 12 mn from St Lazare) in a house bordered by a wooded garden, overlooking a swimming pool? Enjoy this haven of peace, where light is the key word. South-facing, the house boasts numerous bay windows and is exceptionally bright, whatever the weather. A large living/dining/kitchen area of 120 m2 with a central island and wide angles for photo shoots, video shoots, meetings, brainstorming sessions, events with clients or journalists...
The decor is varied, allowing you to shoot in different settings within the same space. Large white walls in the living room (with removable pictures) allow studio-style shooting. Upstairs, a 50 M2 master suite (bedroom + bathroom with modern bathtub) is available for shootings. The 30 M2 terrace on the 2nd floor offers an exceptional view of the La Défense skyline. On sunny days, you can enjoy a wooded garden (400 m2 in all), with a 10 m x 3 m heated swimming pool with grey liner, and a 120 M2 grey wood terrace. Numerous blue deckchairs, as well as blue and white garden furniture and a white hammock are ideal for relaxing and taking photos. A summer lounge is available at the far end of the garden. A majorelle blue wall brightens up the garden.
The house is accessible from the street, and the street-side courtyard provides parking for 3 vehicles. The width of the gate and driveway means that a van can be brought in to easily unload materials. A covered area can also be used to store equipment if required;
The house can be made available at weekends (Friday or Saturday), in the evenings only, for private events (no pool parties).

Caroline is an exemplary host, we were made very welcome and the service was top notch! Caroline's house is magnificent, even more so than in the photos. Caroline is a great listener and provided us with lots of things ( accessories, furnishings and more ) I highly recommend renting this beautiful villa for your projects, you won't be disappointed! In turn, if I have another request of this type, I won't hesitate to rent this super house again!

The day at Caroline's was simply perfect. We were able to work there all day, both indoors and outdoors, thanks to all the seating and equipment provided. We were also able to take advantage of the swimming pool during the lunch break, which delighted the whole team. I highly recommend this venue for your summer days or winter meetings, as the interior is as breathtaking as the exterior.
