Une impression d'être en pleine campagne !
Ce lieu unique aux portes de Nantes constitue la destination idéale de toutes vos activités professionnelles : workshops, séminaires, meet-ups, événements, productions...

La maison est divisée en 3 plateaux :
Au sous-sol : 1 salle de jeux avec table de ping-pong et 1 salle dvd cinéma, un rez de jardin avec deux chambre et salle de bain et le rez de chaussé avec un espace bureau et/ou vestiaire et notre salon loft

Un espace extérieur avec plusieurs places de parking disponibles, spacieux

This house is located 20 minutes from downtown Nantes by tramway and 30 minutes from the first beaches. It features a loft living room separated by a glass roof from the kitchen and overlooking a garden of around 1000m2. A feeling of being in the countryside!
This unique location on the outskirts of Nantes is the ideal destination for all your professional activities: workshops, seminars, meet-ups, events, productions...

The house is divided into 3 levels:
Basement: 1 games room with ping-pong table and 1 DVD cinema room, a garden level with two bedrooms and bathroom, and the ground floor with an office and/or checkroom area and our loft lounge.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
