The adjoining 75m2 living rooms are directly connected to the dining room and the large terrace overlooking the park. The lounges communicate naturally with the large terrace facing the park.

In the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban, damage or non-compliance with the house rules, additional charges of up to 1,000 euros will be levied to cover any cancellation of stay or extra cleaning.
