Nous vous laissons accès au premier étage de la maison donnant directement sur une grande terrasse bois ou vous pouvez déjeuner et vous détendre pendant la journée. Le quartier Saint Félix est très prisé par les Nantais et vous aurez l'impression d'être à la campagne: l'environnement est extrêmement calme. 
Le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue et les rues avoisinantes. La maison est aussi accessible par tram Ligne 2.

The house's main assets: character, spaciousness and its wooden terrace.
We give you access to the second floor of the house, which opens directly onto a large wooden terrace where you can enjoy lunch and relax during the day. The Saint Félix district is very popular with Nantes residents, and you'll have the impression of being in the countryside: the environment is extremely calm.
Free parking is available in the street and surrounding areas. The house is also accessible by streetcar on line 2.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
