Come and enjoy the spacious living room of our panoramic apartment, a duplex located on the 5th and 6th floors of a beautiful Haussmann building with elevator and balcony. You'll be seduced by the generous volumes of this 32 m2 room with high ceilings (2.90 m), south-east exposure (so sunny from morning to mid-afternoon), and a breathtaking view of the Buttes-Chaumont park. Tastefully furnished in a minimalist spirit, with Italian design pieces, this living room offers the ideal setting for a meeting or small corporate event: bathed in light, it is equipped with a large table (2.60x1m) that can comfortably seat up to 10 people, as well as a relaxation area, with a large leather sofa and two armchairs. During your visit, you can enjoy hot drinks (included), as well as a wide range of services: breakfast with pastries, lunches prepared on site by myself with fresh seasonal ingredients or delivered by the caterer of your choice, gourmet breaks. You'll have all the equipment you need for a business meeting (flipchart, 42' TV screen, printer on request, paper, pens, etc.) as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Last but not least, you'll have exclusive use of the newly-renovated private toilets on the building's 6th floor.
