J’ai le plaisir de vous partager ma pièce à vivre dans laquelle vous pourrez faire fuser vos idées lors de vos réunions (à 6 maximum).
 
L’appartement est un ancien atelier de canut totalement rénové en 2022. Vous pourrez y apprécier ses pierres apparentes, sa hauteur sous plafond de 3,70m, sa grande luminosité (orienté sud) et ses poutres.
 
Plus de 30 plantes vous y attendent pour partager des moments de réflexion et de créativité, au sein d’une ambiance envoûtante et reposante.
 
C’est l’heure de la pause ? 
☕️ Café et thé sont à votre disposition dans la cuisine équipée (machine à café, plaque induction, four, frigo, lave-vaisselle). 
🌇 Profitez-en pour contempler la vue sur Lyon qui s’offre à vous par la fenêtre ou devant le bâtiment. 
🎼 Pour les musiciens en herbe, un piano est à votre disposition pour vous accompagner sur une douce mélodie. 
🍽️ Envie d’un restau pour le midi ? Rendez-vous en bas (secteur Opéra) ou en haut (plateau de la Croix-Rousse) avec un choix extraordinaire de restaurants parfait pour reprendre du poil de la bête et oublier un peu le travail. :-)
 
Côté tech, l’appartement est équipé d’un ensemble Sonos (son diffusable via AirPlay), d’une Apple TV, d’un ventilateur lors des fortes chaleurs et d’une fibre qui dépote.

I'm delighted to share my living room with you, where you can bounce ideas off each other during your meetings (up to 6 people).
 
The apartment is a former canut workshop, totally renovated in 2022. You'll appreciate its exposed stonework, 3.70m high ceilings, south-facing light and beams.
 
More than 30 plants await you to share moments of reflection and creativity, in a bewitching and relaxing atmosphere.
 
Time for a break? 
☕️ Coffee and tea are available in the fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher). 
🌇 Enjoy the view of Lyon from the window or in front of the building. 
🎼 For budding musicians, a piano is available to accompany you on a gentle melody. 
🍽️ Looking for lunch? Head downstairs (Opéra sector) or upstairs (Plateau de la Croix-Rousse) with an extraordinary choice of restaurants perfect for getting back on track and forgetting work for a while. :-)
 
On the tech side, the apartment is equipped with a Sonos set (sound can be streamed via AirPlay), an Apple TV, a fan for hot weather and a kick-ass fiber optic cable.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
