Nice Villa in a quiet area

Charming villa completely renovated in 2020, everything is at your disposal. Whether it's the 500m2 garden, parking for 5 vehicles, the stone barbecue, the terrace with its very large table for 16 people or the 7 bedrooms. Each room has a desk, RJ45 socket, lamp and dressing room. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with its own shower. They all measure between 14 and 22m2. Upstairs you'll find the living room, which measures 50m2 and includes a huge 3m x 2m U-shaped sofa, as well as a dining island for 8 to 10 people. Additional chairs are available. The 3 bedrooms upstairs measure between 10 and 15m2. Reversible air-conditioning is available in every room of the house. There's also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

A printer and a connected TV are also available, all connected via fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Netflix is included.

You can ask for the housekeeping option if you don't want to clean the floors, the kitchen and everything else you've used on your departure.
