L'une de 35 m2 à l'arrière du bateau en version lounge avec de grands canapés confortables, l'autre, de 70 m2 à l'avant du bateau est dotée d'un Bar, de canapés et d'une grande table pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes.

L'ensemble de la péniche donne plein ouest, sur le Parc de Saint Cloud, sans aucun vis à vis, sans bruit ce qui donne l'impression d'être en pleine nature !
Ce lieu unique constitue la destination idéale de toutes vos activités professionnelles : workshops, séminaires, meet-ups, événements, conférence de presse, shooting, productions... Et des moments GOLDEN HOURS inoubliables 🤩

La partie accessible, outre les terrasses est composée d'un vaste salon / salle à manger, d'une grande entrée avec vestiaires ; d'une cuisine équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour un chef à domicile.

La lumière est omniprésente, monter à bord, c'est entrer dans un cocon de nature apaisant et ressourçant. Une vraie source de créativité.

Pour les événements en fin de journée, les détails seront donnés en direct. 
La plage horaire de location est de 19h à 1h du matin l'heure supplémentaire est facturée 200 €


The barge is located in Boulogne Billancourt (near Pont de Sévres).
Parking nearby and 3 minutes from the Pont de Sévres metro station.
It features 2 landscaped terraces.
One is a 35 m2 lounge at the rear of the boat, with large comfortable sofas, the other is a 70 m2 terrace at the front of the boat, with a bar, sofas and a large table for 8 to 10 people.

The entire barge faces due west, onto the Parc de Saint Cloud, with no onlookers and no noise, giving the impression of being in the middle of nature!
This unique venue is the ideal destination for all your professional activities: workshops, seminars, meet-ups, events, press conferences, shoots, productions... And unforgettable GOLDEN HOURS moments 🤩

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
