Bright, airy, decorated in a workshop-loft style, the industrial character of the place has been preserved and enhanced to create a design and refined atmosphere with its black metal roofs and frames. Its parquet floors add warmth and make it a comfortable and friendly space.

• Main room (82m²): zenithal light, beautiful high ceilings, beautiful parquet flooring; very modular (can be completely emptied for rehearsals or classes/sessions for example) ;

• Office/lounge/meeting room on the mezzanine (closed) (32m²)

• Interior patio for reception, storage or small groups (32m²)

• Fully equipped kitchen (16m²), can also be used as a 4th breakout room

• WC + room for storage (15m²)

ACCESS :

Car: It is an ideal place to work, live and exchange at the southern gates of Paris, 1 minute from the Arcueil exit/entrance of the A6B and thus close to the A86. Orly airport is 7 minutes away (and 7 euros by taxi/Uber) and 15-20 minutes at rush hour. The Porte d'Italie is also less than 10 minutes away.

Public transport: 15 min walk from RER B Laplace and 15 min walk from metro line 7 Villejuif - Paul Vaillant Couturier (or by bus 162 - Quatre chemins stop). The Porte d'Italie is 10 minutes away by taking bus 186, the stop of which is 1 minute away on foot.
