Le Caveau

The Caveau, located in the former Espace Grévin next to the Parc de l'Arquebuse, is a privatizable reception room in the heart of Dijon.

Its proximity to Dijon train station (200 metres), the A6 motorway exit and the various public transport links (bus and tram stops) make its location a major advantage.

Located at 13/15 Avenue Albert 1er in Dijon, the Caveau offers many possibilities in terms of accommodation, notably the Ibis Gare hotel adjoining the establishment but also the Kyriad or Oceania Le Jura hotels on the other side of the station. Access is via a passageway between the Ibis Gare hotel and the Sigma Tower (formerly the Mercure Tower). The lift located at the back of the private car park provides easy access to the Caveau. In addition, the premises have been designed according to disabled access standards.

The large area of 250 m² offers individuals and professionals a pleasant and friendly space to work, taste and receive customers and guests.

The Cellar consists of a long 150 m2 reception room with a central bar, and a 50 m2 dance or conference room. A fully equipped professional kitchen and separate men's and women's sanitary facilities are also present in the structure.
