La maison se situe au cœur du vignoble de Marsannay la Côte, en fond de cour pour un calme et une intimité absolue. L'espace est au 1er étage de la maison accessible par des escaliers extérieurs. 
Quand vous entrez, vous pouvez découvrir une grande pièce lumineuse de 40m2 avec 5m de hauteur sous plafond, parquet au sol et une ambiance épuré. Des cours de pilates, de yoga ou de yoga aérien peuvent être donné car tout est sur place, ce qui est un plus pour vos team building. Des enceintes, vidéoprojecteur et grand écran sont à disposition, ainsi que des prises rj45. 

Attenante vous pourrez retrouver des toilettes et une cuisine de 20m2 tout équipée (lave vaisselle, plaque, four, micro ondes, bouilloire, cafetière (café moulu), réfrigérateur), table, chaises et la vaisselle nécessaire. Une terrasse de 20m2 est accessible par la cuisine ou par la grande pièce de 40m2.  


The house is located in the heart of the Marsannay la Côte vineyards, at the back of a courtyard for absolute privacy and calm. The space is on the 1st floor of the house, accessible by outside stairs.
When you enter, you'll discover a large, bright 40m2 room with 5m high ceilings, parquet flooring and a refined atmosphere. Pilates, yoga or aerial yoga classes can be held here, as everything is on site, which is a plus for your team building. Speakers, video projector and large screen are available, as well as rj45 sockets.

Adjacent are toilets and a 20m2 fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (ground coffee), fridge), table, chairs and crockery. A 20m2 terrace is accessible from the kitchen or from the large 40m2 room.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
