La maison est un espace de vie agréable avec une double exposition et deux espaces de jardin. Un des deux espaces est ouvert sur une terrasse en bois avec une pergola. La table accueille 8 personnes et offre une belle vue sur le jardin et les arbres environnants. Le second espace jardin donne sur l'arrière de la maison dans un environnement beaucoup plus vert. Le chauffage et la climatisation permettent de profiter de l'espace en toute sérénité. L'ambiance est cosy et chaleureuse. Vous pouvez rejoindre l'aéroport à pied depuis la maison. 

The house is a pleasant living space with double exposure and two garden areas. One of the two areas opens onto a wooden terrace with a pergola. The table seats 8 and offers a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding trees. The second garden area opens onto the back of the house in a much greener environment. Heating and air-conditioning allow you to enjoy the space with complete peace of mind. The atmosphere is cosy and warm. You can walk to the airport from the house.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
