Vous rentrez dans un studio Pilates / Yoga, hors du commun, dans un coin de nature protégé. Ce lieu est partagé en 2 : 
- la salle au parquet qui fait 65 m2, très lumineuse,  
- la salle d'accueil avec des appareils pour travailler le cardio et sculpter votre corps. 
Il y a aussi une salle de massage d'environ 10m² ainsi qu'un vestiaire avec douche et un WC mixte.
A l’extérieur 1 terrasse et un parc de 3000 m2 pour vous détendre et prendre une pause. 

You enter a Pilates / Yoga studio, out of the ordinary, in a protected corner of nature. The studio is divided into 2 parts:
- the light-filled 65 m2 room with parquet flooring,
- the reception room, with equipment for cardio training and body sculpting.
There's also a 10m² massage room, a changing room with shower and a mixed toilet.
Outside, there's a terrace and a 3000 m2 park to relax and take a break.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
