Pas de cuisine possible sur place sauf à réchauffer. Possibilité de commander des plateaux repas au Caffé cuisine restaurant  très réputé de Branne.
Situé au milieu des vignes c'est le calme assuré
Idéal pour réunion de 10 personnes maximum.


29 kms from Bordeaux and 12 kms from St Emilion, in a XVth century building with parking, 80 m2 offices (see photos). Large reception room with fireplace (wood fire), fridge, microwave, connected TV, wifi, coffee machine, table soccer, upstairs meeting room, large garden with small lounge and boules area.
No cooking facilities except for reheating. Meal trays can be ordered from Branne's renowned Caffé Cuisine restaurant.
Situated in the middle of the vineyards, peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Ideal for meetings of up to 10 people.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
