18th-19th century property in the heart of the Grand Saint Emilion vineyards, near the pretty village of Belvès de Castillon, just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Saint Emilion.

Whether you're looking for a meeting place or a venue for special events and production, we can provide you with a vast hall, an open space, two fully-equipped kitchens and 6 bedrooms, all complemented by a swimming pool. Our space is also dedicated to the decorative and plastic arts, transporting you into a sensitive and aesthetic universe.

This space is made up of two "Girondine" houses, the main Girondine and the Maison des Invités with an 80m2 lounge, a space equipped for all types of meetings with conference table, projector and a marvellous, well-exposed and landscaped swimming pool, its solarium with panoramic view over the vineyards and the magnificent valley of the Dordogne and Périgord.

The house can accommodate 10/12 people, with a total surface area of over 500 m2 and 3000m2 of gardens and vineyards.

The main Girondine: Ground floor: entrance, dining room with fireplace and TV lounge, fully equipped kitchen (separate dining room), toilet, terrace with table for 10, parking.

Second floor: contains three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with separate toilet and terrace with panoramic view of the vineyards, the second bedroom with twin beds and shower room with private toilet and view of the garden, on the other side of this house you'll find the suite: a double bedroom with open bathroom, private toilet and boat bed. The property is embellished by a landscaped park, flowers. and the last bedroom with twin beds and garden view.

La Girondine guest house: on the ground floor: an entrance opening onto 2 living rooms with fireplace, a dining area in the first room, a separate toilet and the fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor contains three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with alcove bed and shower room overlooking the garden, the second double bedroom with four-poster bed, bathroom with WC and the third bedroom which has its own entrance with twin beds and private bathroom with WC.

You'll enjoy a landscaped garden with an orchard area, a pool house - terrace dining area, barbecue, parking and a 5mx10m swimming pool with backwash.
