This space is composed of two houses "Girondine", the main Girondine and the House of the Guests with a living room of 80m2, space equipped for any type of meetings with table of conference, projector and a marvellous swimming pool well exposed and arranged, its solarium with panoramic sight on the vines and the splendid valley of the Dordogne and Périgord.

This house can accommodate 10/12 persons, the total surface exceeds 500 m2 with 3000m2 of garden and vineyard.

The main Girondine: On the ground floor: the entrance, a dining room with a fireplace and a TV room, the fully equipped kitchen (separate dining room), a toilet ,a terrace with table for 10 people, parking .

The Orangery, the summer lounge which is a space of 80m2 overlooking the pool.

Second floor: contains three bedrooms: a large double room with air conditioning, bathroom with separate toilet and terrace with panoramic view on the vineyards, the second bedroom with twin beds and shower room with private toilet and view on the garden, on the other part of this house you will find the suite: a double room with open bathroom, private toilet and boat bed. and the last room with twin beds and view on the garden.

The Girondine of the guests: on the ground floor: an entrance leading to 2 living rooms with a fireplace, a dining area in the first room, a separate toilet and the fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor contains three bedrooms: a large double room with alcove bed, a shower room with view on the garden, the second double room with its canopy, a bathroom with WC and the third room which has its own entrance with twin beds and its private bathroom with WC.

You will have a landscaped garden with an orchard, a pool house - dining area on the terrace, barbecue, parking and a swimming pool of 5mx10m with swimming against the current.

The supermarket is about 3mn or 5 mn from the House.

The 5 star 18 holes golf club, designed by Tom Doak is about 2mn by car.
