A unique space in the heart of Bordeaux

La Maison, located in the heart of Bordeaux's Bassins à Flots district, is a wellness center with a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit. In addition to the group classes and individual treatments we offer, we are also developing services for businesses: we can make our 222 m2 premises available to you for a day of seminars or workshops. The facility comprises a 60 m2 work area, fully-equipped changing rooms and two practice rooms (53 and 29 m2). We offer 30 minutes of relaxation, stretching and unwinding to get your discussions off to the best possible start. And we have a whole range of additional services: 1-hour yoga, karate or massage sessions, catering on request... The convivial space is equipped with a bar, video projector, screen and tables.

We can also develop tailor-made team-building workshops on the following themes, for example:

• Performance: action-oriented workshops and mastery of gesture. Martial arts (tai chi or karate) can be a great tool.
• Team-building: yoga, dance or karate are all building blocks for a solution that cultivates empathy within the group. Thanks to our catering facilities, an end-of-year meal or cooking workshops where you eat your meal at the end, interspersed with yoga, boxing or Qi Gong sessions, create a real bond within the team.
• Well-being and stress management: meditation, sophrology, yoga or a massage session at the end of the seminar.
