Cette salle harmonieusement décorée dispose de tables et de chaises modernes donnant sur un comptoir bar ouvert. La salle peut être disposée selon vos besoins en conférence ou en réunion. Mais vous pouvez également y organiser un cocktail, un vernissage, une exposition, ou encore un stage de yoga.

Vous disposez également d'un bar où vous pourrez vous octroyer un moment de détente autour d'un café, ou déguster un pur jus d'orange pressé sur la terrasse extérieur de 100 m².

We offer you to rent a beautiful 60 m² meeting room in a characterful, fully renovated residence.

This harmoniously decorated room features modern tables and chairs overlooking an open bar counter. The room can be arranged to suit your conference or meeting requirements. But you can also organize a cocktail party, a vernissage, an exhibition, or a yoga class.

There's also a bar where you can relax with a coffee, or enjoy a pure squeezed orange juice on the 100 m² outdoor terrace.

We have 4 rooms available if required
- Classic day: €960 inc.
- Day with room: €1600 inc.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
