Splendide Loft Eiffel sous verrière 

Mon loft est localisé en rez-de-chaussée à 200 mètres du métro Robespierre (ligne 9). Il est particulièrement cosy avec un hamac, un babyfoot et un home cinema avec grand écran qui descend du plafond. 
Il est très peu meublé ce qui le rend facile à aménager.
De nombreux livres et DVD, ainsi que des tableaux aux murs  lui donnent un caractère chaud et personnel.
Il est localisé dans une copropriété particulièrement originale, agréable et arborée.
 TOURNAGES et SHOOTING :
Pour les tournages et les shooting le tarif est à négocier en fonction des demandes (horaires, nombre de personnes présentes, projecteur en extérieur, etc.).
Il faut généralement prévoir une indemnité pour la copropriété en fonction de l'impact sur les espaces relevant de la copropriété. On est ouvert à la discussion.

 SHOOTING and FILMING:
For shootings and photoshoots, the rate is negotiated according to the requests (schedules, number of people present, outdoor projector, etc.).
It is generally necessary to foresee an indemnity for the co-ownership according to the impact on the spaces belonging to the co-ownership. We are open to discussion.
