Our 60m2 living-dining room features an attractive 360° fireplace and opens directly onto a beautiful courtyard paved with old-fashioned cobblestones. You can choose to relax or work inside, or outside, taking advantage of the garden furniture and barbecue sheltered by the parasol or outdoor radiator (depending on the weather!). The living room is bright and airy thanks to its glass roof and high ceilings. For meals, you have access to the well-equipped kitchen: -Nespresso coffee machines -Oven -Microwave oven -Dishwasher -Cookeo -Blender -Pierrade -Raclette set -Fondue set -Popcorn maker -Cotton candy machine Above the paved courtyard, you can also enjoy the garden area of the house, where you'll find the pool house and swimming pool.

A very pleasant house and a place that lived up to our expectations. The patio is a real plus for outdoor events, and the kitchen and living room can communicate with each other, making for a smooth reception.
