Au rez de chaussée: 2 salles de ain et 2 wc indépendants. Une chambre lit double.
Au 1er étage, 1 salle de bain et 2 wc indépendants. 2 chambres pour 3 personnes et 2 chambres pour 2 personnes ( lits doubles).
Pensez à vous déchausser pour accéder au 1er étage afin de conserver le standing en bon état. Un vestiaire et des étagères au rdc sont disponibles pour y déposer vos souliers et manteaux.
Le poêle est un poêle d'ornement, à ne pas allumer.

Please remember to take off your shoes to access the 1st floor to keep the standing in good condition. A checkroom and shelves on the ground floor are available for your shoes and coats.
The stove is an ornamental one, not to be lit.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
