Come and discover our charming loft, located in the flea market, an atypical district of Paris. It's a former antique store, steeped in the history and charm of the area. As you enter the space, you'll immediately be seduced by its authentic decor and warm atmosphere.

The glass roof on the mezzanine adds a touch of modernity, while preserving the original character of the space. Two bathrooms equipped with bathtubs offer additional comfort to the space. But above all, our beautiful 20m2 terrace is a real gem, perfect for enjoying sunny Parisian days or organizing outdoor meetings.

Our loft is available to host small professional meetings or audiovisual productions. Its versatility makes it an ideal place to stimulate creativity and foster professional exchanges in a unique and inspiring setting.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
