Industriel avec ses poutres en béton d’origine et à la décoration zen et moderne il constitue le lieu idéal de toutes vos activités professionnelles : workshops, tournage, meet-ups, événements, productions... La table basse intérieure se dédouble et se lève pouvant recevoir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La terrasse dispose d’une table pouvant accueillir 7 convives ainsi qu’un petit salon de jardin, sur demande. Elle est très agréable en été et équipée de divers éclairages la mettant en valeur les journées plus courtes. 

This small, modern and welcoming loft is located 200m from the Croix de Chavaux metro station, close to all shops and amenities. Access to the building is via a private courtyard planted with trees, and the loft opens onto a second, very quiet inner courtyard. This modern space boasts a large main room of 45m2 with an open-plan kitchen, all with bay windows, opening onto a 21m2 terrace planted with greenery, giving the room a calm and cozy atmosphere. Industrial with its original concrete beams and zen and modern decor, it's the ideal place for all your professional activities: workshops, film shoots, meet-ups, events, productions... The interior coffee table doubles up and can be raised to seat up to 8 people. The terrace is equipped with a table for 7 guests and a small set of garden furniture, on request. It is very pleasant in summer, and is equipped with a variety of lighting systems to make the most of the shorter days.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
