Studios K is both a studio and a living space. 2 large atypical loft-like spaces stand out. The 90m2 stage and the 75m2 living space. The space is modular, and the stage area can be plunged into complete darkness, as required for filming or videoprojector conferences. Other small spaces stand out, such as a cozy mezzanine with Smart TV sofa mini bar and desk, a 2nd 25m2 glassed-in mezzanine overlooking the living space, a Smeg-equipped kitchen, and an HMC dressing room.
StudiosK is a pleasant place to spend time, bathed in natural light, with underfloor heating and air conditioning in summer.
The studio is quietly located at the end of the alley, with its own small terrace.

The space is beautiful, very bright, well-equipped and very much in line with our needs! The team is warm and welcoming. However, the cleaning hadn't been done and the floor was very dirty, which stained all the products we shot. All our products were brand new and we won't be able to use them again, which is a big loss for us, more than the cost of the rental. It's a real shame, because apart from that the location was perfect!
