The loft is a former factory in which we live, located in Montreuil, accessible by metro (line 9 Croix de Chavaux or Mairie de Montreuil + 10mn walk).
The total surface area is 200m2, with a glass roof opening onto a 70m2 south-facing terrace. A large entrance hall gives access to a checkroom, then a large open kitchen with table-bar (island) and finally a living area with sofa, TV equipment and a large table.
The loft also features 3 bedrooms, including a children's room, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a separate room.
The loft is currently equipped to accommodate 15 seated guests, but can easily accommodate up to 30. Close to a supermarket.

Perfect! Everything went very smoothly, from getting the information to shooting the film. The loft is exactly as described: spacious, bright and easily accessible. We have bulky products and had no trouble getting them there or shooting them. Thibaut and his wife are very welcoming, kind and available. This was our 2nd shoot with them, and certainly not our last! Go there with your eyes closed!

Light-filled space with plenty of room for a photo or video shoot. High ceilings in the main space. Our host Thibaut is welcoming and accommodating. No worries about arranging the rooms to suit our needs. We recommend it!

Ideal location for indoor/outdoor filming. With 15 of us in Covid season, it's possible to shoot in good sanitary conditions.
