Espace Atypique indoor pool

Grand Espace atypique Charming, atypical space in the heart of Levallois-Perret, a 1900 freestone building just outside Paris. Accessible by metro (L3), our space features a sumptuously decorated Greek-style swimming pool, opening onto a multi-purpose room with mirrors and toile de jouy wallpaper. This 120 m2 space, with ceiling heights of up to 6 metres, has a number of apparatus available on request (climbing ropes and/or swing, rings and trapeze). But this warm, welcoming space can also be used for all kinds of events (film shoots, photo shoots, interviews...). The 8-metre-long by 2.50-metre-wide pool can be heated to 31°C. It is illuminated with underwater spotlights along its entire length, and two large portholes (window size) are accessible on one side of the pool as well as under the pool (perfect for underwater shoots). Functional, the space includes 1 bathroom as well as a checkroom and WC. Also accessible is a 25m2 living/dining room, 3m20 high, fully decorated (plant, painting, biblos bookcases, etc.). Two face-to-face sofas (seating 6) and a tulip-shaped dining table for up to 6. A dressing room opens directly onto the living room. A door opens onto a beautiful bedroom with contemporary decor.
