Welcome to Villa Montmorency, accessible by car (12kms from Paris) or by train from Gare du Nord to Enghien-les-Bains station (12 min by train). We welcome you every day in this beautiful 200m2 covered space, discreetly accessible via a private entrance and not overlooked.

Inside, you'll enjoy a beautiful heated swimming pool, 10m long by 6m at its widest, with a maximum depth of 2.30m. It's located in a light-filled covered space, with bay windows that open completely to create an indoor/outdoor effect. Minimum temperature: 27 degrees / Maximum temperature: 30 degrees

A summer kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer is at your disposal.
A large Weber barbecue is also available.
A bluetooth speaker and WIFI are also available.
A cosy lounge is available for relaxing by the water.
Deckchairs, chairs, a bar, a small table... everything is done to ensure a convivial space.
If you feel like it, we can install a table that can be extended up to 4.40 m and seat up to 24 people.

The swimming pool opens onto a 1300m2 garden, which is also at your disposal.

For sports enthusiasts, there's a state-of-the-art gym with treadmill, bike, rowing machine and weight bench. On the practical side, a large bathroom with WC is reserved for you.
No neighbors or owners to disturb!

Games are allowed, as well as jumping and diving. Parties are allowed, but please let us know in advance.
Music is permitted at a reasonable volume, indoors only.
Bathing suits are compulsory. Shoes must be removed before entering the covered area.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
For groups of more than ten people, a deposit of at least €1,000 will be required prior to entry. You must return the premises in the condition in which you found them, i.e. clean and tidy. Failure to do so will result in a €250 cleaning charge.
