Une maison au style ibizenco :

l'éxterieur est encore en cours d'aménagement mais permettra une prise de vue sur notre terrain de pétanque avec un arrière plan très méditerranées.

Notre maison a été pensé autour du béton ciré.
Un béton ciré qu'on a voulu clair, à la limite du blanc, où l'essentiel de ses meubles en sont parés.
Notre cuisine maçonnée, nos salle de bain dans le même esprit... un escalier en béton et sa rampe arrondie ...

Nous avons voulu une décoration au style ibizenco, une maison dans la laquelle on se sent bien et espérons que vous la trouverez à votre gout pour vos shooting.

Nous n'acceptons pas de tournage, trop dangereux pour notre sol qui est assez fragile et n'acceptera pas des rails par exemple mais sommes ouvert pour vos photos !

An ibizenco-style home:

the exterior is still being fitted out, but will allow a view of our petanque court with a very Mediterranean background.

Our house was designed around waxed concrete.
A waxed concrete that we wanted to be light, bordering on white, with most of the furniture adorned in it.
Our masonry kitchen, our bathrooms in the same spirit... a concrete staircase with a rounded banister...

We wanted an ibizenco-style decoration, a house in which we feel good, and hope you'll find it to your taste for your shooting.

We don't accept filming, too dangerous for our floor which is quite fragile and won't accept rails for example, but we are open to your photos!

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
