The 900 m2 south/east-facing garden, 14m x 3m swimming pool and 70 m2 terrace offer a southern feel just outside Paris.
On the first floor, the living rooms are at your disposal for film shoots and photo shoots:

The 50m2 master suite, with its private terrace, boasts a large hammam (for 6 people) in an elegantly decorated bathroom.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a bathroom with corner bath + 1 shower room and an office.

The house is furnished to a high standard, with a Roche Bobois dining table seating 12. The sofas and coffee table are also by Roche Bobois.

Numerous film shoots and photo shoots have already been done here.

For your events and business meetings, take advantage of our partnerships with in-house chefs (depending on your budget and wishes, we can suggest several chefs) and our top-of-the-range tableware (JL Coquet & Jaune de Chrome and Guy Degrenne).
Outside, our 900 m2 garden (with a 70 m2 terrace) is ideal for summer cocktails, and our large swimming pool will give your events an instant vacation feel.
