Provision of a large room on the ground floor: living space, which can accommodate the three types of activities. Very luminous room, entirely open onto an interior garden with swimming corridor and relaxation area. On the ground floor there is also an office space communicating with the living space (open space) and a toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms + office space / library + a toilet + a large terrace with furniture for relaxation and catering. According to the needs two bathrooms can also be made available. The first floor is accessible from the inside of the house and from the outside: an atypical staircase connects the two outside spaces. Environment : house located in a residential area, quiet, secure (possibility to park without difficulty). Near the center of the village (about 6mn by foot), meal delivery possible at home.
