Meeting & videoconferencing room

Meeting rooms can be booked directly online via a contact form.

We encourage people wishing to hold videoconferences to test the equipment and their connection before the start of their event, or to come in advance. The Mac Mini allows you to connect to Skype, Hangout, Zoom or most web-based videoconferencing applications on the market. The guest connection code is displayed in the room. It is also possible to use your own PC with an HDMI cable, in which case the microphone and webcam will be those of the PC in use. If you arrive early, the kitchen area and the armchairs and sofas are at your disposal. You can help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee. Drinks are best served in the kitchen, not in the meeting rooms.

Cleanliness and tidiness are everyone's responsibility, and meeting rooms must be left in their original state of tidiness and cleanliness. Equipment provided by the space must be left on site.
